Only thread creators can edit
 
Hi,
Is it possible to make it so that only thread creators can edit in a specific forum... like in a contest and stuff it would be nice that people can't change their post answers, but the creator can.

AFAIK, there isn't a built-in feature for that... I believe you'd need a mod/hack

Hm.. made another instance of edit for this particular forum:

It shows the edit link to the first post but then since the permission is set to not let them edit they get a permission error when saving their edit, anyway to bypass this?

Can we have the permission to let them edit ON and then hide the edit button from all posts cept the first one?
