How to setup a IM/chat with only the admins
 
I'm looking for a good IM or chat client that can be used in the admin area only. I want my admins/mods to be able to communicate with each other in real time. I don't want any other members to get this option.

Is there something out there that can do this?

I would guess that most of the chat modifications here will allow you to exclude usergroups or only include certain usergroups. I use Cyb Chatbox for only one group of users on my site.
