vb blog and adsense

Can users of vb blog be able to use that blog address to sign up for adsense?

I haven't purchased blog, but I will if Google will allow this. I'm doing ad sharing and I want my users to be able to sign up easily for adsense. The easiest method would be to use their vb blog website as their "website" when signing up for adsense. I know they can just go through blogger, but I want to keep everything under the same roof.

Users can add their own adsense code and place it in an html block
Otherwise, the rev sharing mod would have to be customized to allow the blog pages to be used like the showthread pages.

Thanks for the reply. I think you misunderstood me. I'm wondering if GOOGLE will allow my users to sign up for AdSense by using their blog hosted on my server.
