123 Flash Chat Integration Help
 
Hi,
Recently my friend and I decided to purchase 123 Flash Chat for our growing forum. Due to our hosting we were unable to install the software ourselves to we opted to have it hosted by them.

We have been trying for several days now to integrate it with our forum (just the chat link at the top and the whos online feature at the bottom... we havn't even attempted integrating it with our database system yet!).

The support we have recieved so far has been poor and this is why I am posting here as it seems quite a few people have this up and running!

Is anyone able to give me detailed instructions on how to get this to work? I would be eternally greatful! :)

Neither my friend or I are experts when it comes to PHP or vBulletin so hopefully it's something minor that has gone wrong, but after days of trying we are out of ideas.

Ollie - there are excellent instructions in the readme file with the vbulletin integration package downloadable from their site. it is easy. I agree, their help is poor.
