my forums is the 2 pictures, but i want to know to how display the forums as the 1 option

I don't really understand your question? Are you looking to make sub-categories? If that is your question you just add a forum as a child of a category, make it a category and make other forums children forums of it.

but how u show otaku as the first announcment (i mean the structure)
