I have vb 3.8.1

With explorer looks like this (Attach Files)

And with mozilla like this. (Attach Files)

Can you please tell me what i do wrong and i have this resault.....

Looks like your Table border.. Both ie and firefox render border effects slightly different.
Try changing border style to inset or groove. Still wont be exactly same, you can try simple solid border
