Help to upgrade from PhpBB3 to Vbulletin

have tried 5 time to install and im always missing stuff,i bougth this like 6 months ago
and still it aint installed .
So i need someone to do it for me .
PLEASE how much it cost Geez ,i desperate ill pay for this service render,
please help me .
i need your help to update PHPBB3 to my Vbulletin
I dont care how much it cost.

are you using Impex?

its been a while, but I remember it being relatively painless, except I banned everyone :D
