Block a member from sending a PM

Allow Pm's but block certain members from sending you a PM. This would be a great feature to have for both admins, mods or paying members.

Can't you just add the user to your ignored user list?

I actually want to be able to read his or her posts, but also want them to see a "the admin has choosen to receive no PM's at this moment" message when they try to pm me (or a mod or paying member).
