Database error: Too Many Connections?

I have been getting the following DB errors more frequently. Can anyone provide any information regarding this problem?

Increase your max connections in the mysql config file (my.cnf)

I have found the answer. Ask my host to increase the connections. Thanks.. Should have looked harder before posting.
