I use vbcommerce. It works with vbcredits. Check it out on vbcredits.com

I am looking for a real store where people can buy real products with cash. Can this product do this?

Actually, you can purchase an addon for it and you can do that. It also works with credits (which also you can purchase an addon for that so people need to purchase credits to buy stuff). It can be just like sitepoint.com

is there any other good ones im looking at vbcommerce it looks alright but I want to know if I have other options. Is anyone using anything different?

all the Stores engines that could answer your needs will be commercial, so they can not be advertised here, due to the local rules.

you cna search google, with "vbulletin store" ... you'll find some answers.
