User Group Promotions

I used the following thread to moderate posts for new users. Their posts need to be moderated till they have X number of approved posts.

This is working well.

However I want to create a Promotion setting so that when I reject a post from a user, the user is moved to Banned Users or some similar usergroup. Is there a way to do it?

There is no way to do this with default vbulletin, no. You might be able to write a plugin to do though.
