Using drop-down menus in header

Hi there, Everyone,

I'd like to make use of vBulletin's drop-down code to create a few drop-downs elsewhere on my site (such as on my graphical headers, etc.), to create a different navigation system. Can anyone point me in the direction where I can find out more about how to accomplish this on my templates?
