A member keeps getting this error
She is accessing the forum from work, I really think it might be her ISP. BUT I'm know 100% sure so I told her I'd look into it. I'm not sure what I am looking for though.

Let her ping your domainname, and check if it returns the correct server IP. If not it is a DNS-problem, possibly at her ISP if she is the only one with problems.

Open the command prompt on her PC (on windows: Start -> Run -> cmd.exe) and:
ping www.yourdomain.com |
