Need help with STANARD_ERROR on registration
 

Greetings...

I have found vBulletin to be absolutely WONDERFUL and I have spent the past month testing and modifying the system to meet my needs.

I have moved a few things around and added several modifications and while I'm pretty good a PHP and code corrections, I am at a loss for this particular error.

When a user registers, the registration email comes to me with a "_" as the sender's name.

also, if the user did not select a referrer, the referrer is entered as "_"

This does not happen at all anywhere else in the site. Not even for password resets.

When a user registers and register.php does ?addmember the <tcat> of the "error" display is also listed as "_" I say error display because I have traced registation to the STANARD_ERROR template.

I can't for the life of me figure out where to find the problem...

Can anyone help?
