Changing prefix on mass

I have 3 different categories ("PC", "Xbox" and "Other") that I would like to merge them all into one ("Gaming Discussion")

I would like to have every thread that is moved from the "PC" category to have "PC" as its prefix and so on. How would I achieve this without changing each thread individually after moving them?
