the darndest thing

I cant figure it out... weird

When I look at forums, the threads are not displayed by date but by title,

Where do I change this to by date? Not just for me, but for everyone.

Forum Manager... edit your forum, and in the dropdowns after the forum name, you will see some SORT and ORDER...:
