Im trying to find out of there is a way to change the last poster name color ?

When you open the forum , it has the last poster listed in the last post column.
I have looked and looked for how to change the color.
I have it changed in other sections.
I have vbulletin version 3.8
Below is off main page, the sixtruck is what i want to change the color on.
Can each user be changed ? or group, admin, mod , reg user ect . ?
