blocking IP from India

Every day I have to delete (all registrants are moderated, but they keep coming back)

"sunmanzer" "nextpopulations" "hudeistrue"

They are all .ru servers attempting to advertise on my forum.

How do I block access completely from .ru IP addresses??

It's turning into a real pain in the butt deleting these users.

I added them to the Banned list, but then my members are wasting time looking at a profile that should not even be there:(
