I have a users with 378 rep level but -28 rep power? So when he goes to leave positive rep for someone it is taking away points! The whole reputation system has become a bit confusing to me and the vB manual is very limited.

It says 'Current Reputation Power the users calculated reputation power. You may not change this directly.' but I am not sure how it is calculated or why this user is unable to leave positive rep.

The user is an admin btw but this seems to be an issue for everyone even when someone with a red pip does it same thing.
