Customize Profile

Is there a hack or is this built in, in 3.8.1? I can't seem to find this in VBOptions, and I can't find a hack for it... :confused:

It's built in. vboptions > user profile options > check box for profile styling. Also, make sure it is allowed in Usergroup Manager > edit usergroup > can edit own profile and also all the profile customization permissions
