The value attribute for an input type submit is the Text that you see in the button. title is what you see if you hover over the button.

Did you not use the Picture button?

If you want to use an image for the button, then it is type="image" google it and see pages like this - http://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/att_input_type.asp or this - http://www.codeave.com/HTML/code.asp?u_log=5018
