Thats not a database error its a server configuration error. Also, I get it all the time and not just from visiting via a search engine
Its most likely from a malformed .htaccess file I suggest checking the error logs. |
As its a 403 forbidden error, its going to relate to a permission issue on your main directory folders, make sure they are set to 755 on the folders, ie the public_html/www/html folder, as well as its subfolders.
Could also be triggered by suphp settings being incorrect. |
