Help - Pop up notification

Hello all,

Is there a mod, or possible mod in the works, that allows me to send pop up notifications to anyone currently browsing my forum?

It would have to be live (Maybe using AJAX) so that as soon as i send it, the people will see it. I hope im explaing it clear enough, lol. :D
