Tags for Attachments

<font face="Georgia">Is there a way I can use tags on my VBulletin forum, and for VBulletin to recognize what appears between the tags as an attachment?

For instance, lets say I have a mod installed in my VBulletin board that displays text files. Can I create a [text] tag, and get VBulletin to recognize whatever is inbetween these [text] tags as being a .txt file?

If so, how?
