Underline Text?

My current skin doesnt underline the text when threads (doesn't underline user names either) are posted. how do I do this?

Determine the class being used and then change the text-decoration for links for that class in the Main CSS for your style. You can find the class in the page source. If you can't figure out the class, you should probably ask your skin designer for help.
