Hot Mapping single image for banner

Ive looked and looked and can't find anything on added code to hot map a single image for the VB banner. I basically got ads I make in one banner and just want to add some hot linking to there respective sites. I know I can find the code in many ways to hot map the image but how and where to add this to VB templates?
