Weird Behavious When Adding Items in ACP

For instance, if I add a new infraction level/group, it all adds in okay, except the title is blank, even though I type in a name...

Happens elsewhere in ACP when trying to add in various items...

scratch that - I have vboptimise, and forgot to flush the cache.
