Ban and kick user
 
It's very complicated to ban user, you should make it in two moves
also, I would add the kick option

ban a user is ACTUALLY two clicks... you may just not have set permissions properly.

If you have suggestions for inclusion in vbulletin, you need to post them in the Suggestions forum on vb.com. The developers don't come over here to read up on suggestions.
