BB code for mods only?
 

I Want to make a new BB code that only my super mods and admins can use, any ideas how to do this guys?

The thing about that is...It doesn't work very well with 3.8....from my experiences.

I installed a moderated message and made it so only mods could use it, but then it ended up anyone could use it even though it was restricted.

You may have had your permissions setup incorrectly. I would double check all possible items that would cause it to not function correctly first. Then let us know what you did and we can help troubleshoot the issue further.

With the advanced bb code, it seems like others cannot use it, but also when I use it others cannot see it. Any reasons?

Have you both checked out the permissions?

If you are having problems with a modification, you should be posting in the modification thread for help.

after some custom edits, it works fine ...all the permissions are set so only mods can use it and regular users can't use it
