It will draw a line above the text.

How To:
Go into you AdminCP and add a new BB Code:

Title: Overline
BB Code Tag Name: o
Replacement:
Example: [O]Your text here[/o]
Description: Draws a line above the text
Use {option}: No
Button Image: images/editor/overline.gif

Maybe just replace OVERLINE with INLINE...?

INLINE is not an attribute for "text-decoration".

Allowed attributes for "text-decoration" are:
underline
overline
line-through
blink
none

If you mean the BB Code "strike" use "line-through"
