Mysql query urgent help needed!

One of the mods have corrupted my DB and I need to find out which members have been affected. Appreciate some help on the mysql query syntax.

I need to find ALL members who have the custom profile field, gender = Girl BUT NOT ASSIGNED to the secondary usergroup=Females.

Can someone help me with the query syntax to find this list of members? Tks! :(
