Mass forum creation
 

I've been searching the messageboard for an answer to my problem regarding 'mass forum creation', but I have been unable to find anything on it but a thread dating back to 2005. Hence me asking the question in here.

I have started working on a new project that will in the end is supposed to have a huge interactivity between the main site and the messageboard. This project will require me to add a couple of hundred forums, all with the same settings but different names.

Now I could add them all manually and order a new wrist + hand from the local 'arms and legs dealer', but I'd rather do it in a more efficient way then mentioned above.

Does anyone know of a mass forum creation add-on/tool that allows me to f.e. set all the standard permissions and then add the forums (categories I can add manually) through a form below those standard permissions, but with the option to enter say 10, 20 or even more names at a time?

You could create it with the forum datamanager.

Do you mean that you don't know how to use it, or that you're daft because you didn't had the idea?
