where can i find "global_start plugin" ?

should i install those first :

should i install them from admincp ?

When you add a plugin, it is one of the locations in the dropdown. You may want to read this in the manual - Plugin System

I strongly suggest you only install one plugin at a time. You need to make sure your forum is running OK after each one because if you install them all, and there is a conflict, it is harder to figure it out.
