Hello,

Basically, every time someone goes to the edit options page the show reps is automatically ticked .... this is annoying as you have to constantly untick it to do anything ...

... I am convinced someone can point me in the right direction .. hmm

This is not a default vBulletin option. Please contact the author of the modification you are using for this.

It isn't default? They have something like it over on vb.com.

To the OP: is this from a modification or from default vb? The text is a bit different from what is over on vb.com, so I can't tell.

You can try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

PHP Code:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

Sorry Lynne is correct, this is a default option if reputation is enabled in your vBulletin Options.

I don't have this problem on my 3.8.1 test board.

To troubleshoot this, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.

Yes, it was one of Paul's hacks.
Thanks.
