Custom Navbar background

I'm not a pro when it comes to customization...

The navbar is using the "cat.jpg" for it's background...
How can I have the navbar use a specific image I tell it to?

I want the gray "Carbon fiber" texturized image as the navbar

This happens to be "catsub.jpg"
