Stealth Mode Idea

When you log out using IE, everthing goes grey. Is there a way for a user to select this look for use all the time? E.g. regardless of the forum stsyle, it will be a grey version of it all the time.

I've just updated the look of my site to something that is now much more noticable in the work place.
