Looking to create a user-submitted links-list, complete with picture, and category
 

So basically I run the forum at www.SaskForum.ca and I was wondering if anyone here has any advice in terms of turning one of the pages on there that I created (www.saskforum.ca/sasklinks.php) into a place (not a forum or a thread or anything) where users only can submit links along with a, say, 100 by 100 px picture as an "avatar" for the link they are submitting.

I am really not too good at this, and I'm still learning a lot about vBulletin and HTML.

I am wondering though, what would I do to accomplish this?

I want users to be able to submit:

-Site name
-Site "avatar" or a representative picture of the site
-Link to the site
-Category drop down, eg, "restaurants".

After they submit (users only can submit) it gets added to the list viewable on SaskLinks, and anyone can visit the link.

You actually need to know PHP and SQL to accomplish what you want - I suggest you polish these up first.
