How to edit the message box border color

How to you change the color of the message box border. Screenshot attached.

Bump. I'd still like to be able to do this but also need to change the color on the same type of border but for the quick edit screen as the "reason for editing" is white and very hard to see.

Found this:
AdminCP --> Styles & Templates --> Style Manager (Select Go)
At the very end of that page, the last box is titled: Text Editor Control Styles

Play with those colors.
What you want is the "Background" value inside the "Editor buttons in normal state" category.

This website has color codes to put in there.
