Are there any mods existing currently that will allow posts or information within vbulletin to be posted in a non vb webpage automatically (aside from manual copy/paste)

For example; I'd like to have a forum section called "announcements" and have that information be updated to the non vb webpage when content was added.

Usethis. Its for creating non-vb pages. But you can also execute queries to display data from the database. Its very good. I find it quite complicated though.
