I've seen on other boards where they have long lists of members who where on the board that day. Mine doesn't show that. It does show current members who are online. When they log off there is no list of anyone who has been on the board that day.

You should ask in that mod, it sounds like Paul M's users in 24 hours mod
It sounds like you need to add a usergroup in the mods options ;)

Go to ACP > vBulletin Options > Forum Home Page Options > Who Visited - Enable > YES

I don't have a choice for Who Visted

I have Active Members cut off which is at 30.

I have that but it won't give a list of all members on in 24hrs. Someone said to have my html and cookies set at 8460000?
