Simple CRON Item: Email Inactive Moderators

My idea is a fairly simple mod (I believe). I'm looking for a CRON item to run in the scheduled tasks window that sends out an email to all moderators, supermoderators (or I suppose whatever usergroups you set in the options, if you want to code that much...otherwise, moderators) that are inactive. Inactive can be defined as 'not logged in for x days', 'not posted in x days', etc.

Fairly simple. Can anyone set this up??? Or, is there one like this already out there? I searched, but can't find one...
