You are probably trying to show too many usergroups on it. Turn off the options "Viewable on Show Groups" for any large usergroups and then see if it loads.

but none of my usergroups is large..lol...like nothing shows at all when i go to group.php

Well, that is a common reason for getting a blank page when trying to access that page. If you don't want to try that advice, you can go through this list here - http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages

bamfonk 02-21-2009 02:23 AM

lynne i did what you said to do and still doesnt work... =[

Lynne 02-21-2009 02:32 AM

OK, then try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

PHP Code:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

If that still doesn't fix it, then go through that list I posted a link to.

bamfonk 02-21-2009 02:38 AM

looks like I'm going to have to follow the link you gave me..o well...thxs!

If all that fails (and you are using the default style with all modifications disabled), your next point of call is a support ticket.

bamfonk 02-21-2009 02:57 AM

mhm i tried it all but using a different style...ill try that now though
