Forum Navigation At Bottom As Well?

For instance, when you click on a forum at the top it shows:

blahBlah Message Board > General Forum
Message Board Name

Anyway I could get this to display at the bottom of the page as well?

There are a couple of mods for this. search "navbits" in "all mods" "titles only"
