Vbulletin Class API

Hello,
I searched this on Google but I couldn't found this solution. I was wondering if any one has developed a class based API which perform basic operations such register user, update user, delete user, ban user, etc for integration purpose? It would be really useful if I can find class based API.

thanks for the reply. Two questions, may i change member profile url to my own community url and also is it possible to control users registration only by data manager? Basically I just need forum (where you can post etc) rest of thing is already developed

The User Data Manager is used to add/edit/delete users. So yes.
