Moving DisplayForums Around [HELP]

How would you replace
http://img.habboupload.com/1234995205.png
with something like this:
http://img.habboupload.com/1234995231.png
Is this done by vBO, or do i have to edit templates,

this is template edits that are usually found in the

1. forumhome
2. forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost

i posted a similar fix up actually today on this same issue

but it could be the other forumbit levels as i can no see the picture that well to see which screen you are on.
