Problem w/ Proxy Spammers Registering
I'm having a problem with a user that is deliberately trolling the site.
I've turned on every single restriction on registration, including "manually approving members" and this user will not stop registering user names every freaking day using a proxy service. They user names are antagonizing to the boards and are usually filled with bad words, etc. They obviously have no life and I'm not really sure what to do to stop them. Is there a way to ban proxies? =\ |
Have you turned on email verification. You can find a list of IP addresses that contain proxies and use that list.

Yeah, e-mail verification is on... :-\

Do you know if it is a bot, or an actual person? Make sure you have enabled the human verification features.
