Drop down menu's

How would I add a drop down menu to the links to the image below. But instead of them dropping down I would like them to go out to the right. I am also adding the coding for the links.

This was a great idea but it's not working the way I was hoping for. I'm trying to keep the design of the buttons and that one wants to expand everything. Any other Idea's anyone?
