Meta Description
 
What is this? It says its "Meta Description
Enter the meta description for all pages. This is used by search engines to index your pages more relevantly." ----Then mine already says "This is a discussion forum powered by vBulletin. To find out about vBulletin, go to http://www.vbulletin.com/ ."
What should I put there instead?

Same for Meta Keywords... What shall I do for that as well?

Put in some words about your forum. What's it about? From the little help popup:
