Is there a direct link to get users info by email
 
Hello
We know that there is a direct link for the admins to get users info by his ID:
http://www.site.com/vb/admincp/user.php?do=edit&u=x

But is there a direct link for the admins to get users info by his email or username?

No. You will either need to search for the name, or use the userid.
