Sigs not showing

I know about the option in vbulletin options and My usergroups are set to be able to have sigs but for some reason their not showing up still. Any Ideas?

EDIT: I have also rebuilt the signature cache

User CP > Edit Options > Visible Post Elements

Is it enabled there?
